James McLaughlin:
Mr. McLaughlin’s experience includes more than 30 years in residential and commercial remodeling and construction. He holds a degree in Construction Engineering and is a Licensed Class ‘A’ contractor in the Commonwealth of Virginia. In addition to his role as a small business owner, Mr. McLaughlin’s construction background includes extensive project management experience with both national home builders and major commercial construction firms, as well as insurance restoration firms. Robert Flood:
Mr. Flood has more than 30 years experience in residential and commercial remodeling and renovation contracting, insurance restoration, and public sector housing rehabilitation, as well as project management with a national home builder. He is Building Code certified in the Commonwealth of Virginia and has served as both a Building Inspector and Code Enforcement inspector. (bflood@shamrockva.com)
