James McLaughlin:
Mr. McLaughlin’s experience includes more than 30 years in residential and commercial remodeling and construction. He holds a degree in Construction Engineering and is a Licensed Class ‘A’ contractor in the Commonwealth of Virginia. In addition to his role as a small business owner, Mr. McLaughlin’s construction background includes extensive project management experience with both national home builders and major commercial construction firms, as well as insurance restoration firms. Robert Flood:
Mr. Flood has more than 30 years experience in residential and commercial remodeling and renovation contracting, insurance restoration, and public sector housing rehabilitation, as well as project management with a national home builder. He is Building Code certified in the Commonwealth of Virginia and has served as both a Building Inspector and Code Enforcement inspector. (bflood@shamrockva.com)
ian griggs:
Mr. Griggs' construction experience includes over 15 years and hundreds of residential building,
remodeling and handyman projects. A resident of Loudoun County Virginia, he worked as a Northern
Virginia residential/light commerical contractor and subcontractor for the past 9 years. Mr. Griggs is a

Jeffrey Hugh O'Donnell, jr:
Mr. O’Donnell joins Shamrock Restoration, a division of Shamrock Enterprises of VA, as Project Manager with over 5 years experience in residential construction. He brings a detail-oriented and personal/professional attitude while working with homeowners. Prior to joining Shamrock Restoration, Jeff was a Superintendent for a national home builder in the D.C. Metro area. Mr. O’Donnell also served his country in the United States Marine Corps, where he developed his organizational and project planning skills. Jeff is eager to assist homeowners with any project and provides leadership and peace of mind to every homeowner and every project. (jodonnell@shamrockva.com)
Stevie Bridgwaters:
Ms. Bridgwaters spent 4 years in the United States Air Force, where she met her husband of over 20 years. Serving the community through sports is where her heart lies. Stevie and her family are proud to call Springfield their home, and she is currently the only female Head Football Coach within the Fairfax County Football League. Ms. Bridgwaters recently joined the Shamrock family after many years of staying home with her children. She has been a part-time pre-school teacher and a production assistant to a successful post-production house in the local area. The desire to be closer to home has brought her here to Shamrock where her keen customer service skills are a true asset to the company. She is Shamrock’s part time Administrative Assistant, and enjoys helping our customers feel right at home! (sbridgewaters@shamrockva.com)
