Shamrock restoration was organized in 2006 as the Insurance Restoration operating unit of Shamrock Enterprises. We are fully licensed and insured Virginia Class ‘A’ General Contractors.

Shamrock Restoration provides a full range of restoration and construction services for the Insurance Industry including 24-hour emergency response and board-up services, total job management, and full turn-key construction services. All trades are represented for a convenient one-stop solution to the insured’s claim. Our representatives have years of cumulative experience in the highly specialized Insurance Restoration field.

For Insurance professionals, we will be happy to serve all your requirements from emergency board-up through construction completion. Estimates are generally turned around within 48 hours. Our estimates are prepared using the Xactimate™ system, as well as other systems. Each claim is assigned to one Associate who is responsible for all activities involving that claim. This “single point” of contact helps assure a smooth, consistent process.

For Homeowners who have suffered a loss such as wind damage, fire damage, water damage, or other property damage, we will provide both 24-hour emergency services and full reconstruction services. Our associates are all experienced Insurance Restoration Specialists. Your claim will be assigned to one Associate who will arrange any needed emergency services, provide cost estimates, assist you in negotiating the complicated paperwork process, manage the construction process, work with your adjuster, and be available to you throughout the process to field any questions you may have.
